Laura Cook - Customer Service Advisor

When you phone our office Laura will most likely to be the person you speak to. She is one of our ‘front line’ girls and she knows that providing you with superior service is our priority. If you’re having a problem call her, she really does know her stuff and will always be ready to help! Water orders? Equipment needs? Invoice queries? No matter what, she’ll see that it gets sorted and fast!

Admittedly she likes a bit of fun and there’s always more than a little friendly banter going on around the office (especially when the drivers get back!)
Laura is very outgoing, loves to socialise (weekends only of course!) and is known as the office party animal!
