A True Water Cooler Moment
Despite previous blogs suggesting that the Giant Furry Panda would be the talk around the Water Cooler this week, nothing could have been further from the truth today.
No the hot topic of discussion today revolved around the devastating news report alleging the demise of Facebook. The report suggesting that Facebook’s creator Mark Zuckerberg wanted “his old life back” and that the site was scheduled to close down on the 15th March 2011.
Now were the report to be true, the question raised would be where does that leave millions of Facebook users. Well, with no friends, no photo’s, no wall, no profiles, what would these Facebookers do during the lunch hour? God forbid they would have to resort to Twitter.
However I am happy to inform the world that the report was in fact untrue http://linkd.in/eXcyRC and Facebook is not closing down on 15th March, it’s on April 1st – ONLY JOKING!
